We take great pride in our products, many of which are handcrafted by original design studios. This creative process often requires a longer production time to ensure uniqueness and quality. Each item undergoes a strict quality inspection before we ship it to you, and we dispatch all orders at the earliest possible time.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please notify us via email within 7 days of receiving the product. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos or a video of the problem.
Once we receive and verify your claim, we will promptly offer one of the following solutions:
· Replacement: We will ship a new unit of the same item to you as soon as possible.
· Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
· Alternative Solution: We will work with you to find another satisfactory resolution.
